Hi, I’m Lucas. I’ve been traveling the world for nearly 5 years, and I’ve picked up a few tricks along the way that I’ve got to share. So far, I’ve visited 63 countries, about 20 of them for over a month. Nomadmania ranks me as the number one most-traveled Canadian under 30, based on the number of regions visited.

I love doing epic shit. Here’s a list of some of things I’ve done so far:

  • completed a lap of South America completely overland, visiting every country
  • bought a bike in Vietnam and traveled the country from North to South
  • hitchhiked 3000km + from Buenos Aires to Ushuaia
  • drove a tuktuk across India
  • summited a 6000m mountain in Bolivia
  • interrailed from Portugal to Poland to Norway at 18
  • and the list goes on…

I’ve spent most of my time in South America and South East Asia, but I love going off the beaten path – I’ve visited some weird countries such as Bangladesh, Venezuela, and Timor-Leste. I love trying basically anything and everything – but most of the time you’ll find me hiking, diving, surfing, or just having an ice-cold beer by the beach.
